Longer Read Book to Child

The read to child interaction now lasts longer. 

The read to infant interaction has not been prolonged, but tweaked so that the Sims will be more responsive and the interaction will be less likely to simply drop off the interaction queue.

Note: This mod does not affect the read to sleep interaction for toddlers.
