Less Neglect Lifestyle Buffs

Reduces the moodlet values for negative emotions that are triggered by lifestyle neglect from previously 3 and 5 to 1 and 2. The most annoying ones from the friendship lifestyle tweaks I changed to fine and made them hidden, because I just couldn't take them anymore as a rotational player. I think it is enough for your Sim to get a moodlet after actually losing these lifestyles.
