Infantcaretweaks is a modular mod, but you can mix and match the modules however you like. The available modules are:
Socials - fixes some oversights in the tuning of infant related socials and adds new speech bubbles for them
Less Check on Infants - Sims will be less obsessed with checking on their infants needs and putting them on the floor all the time
Milestones - infants will gain milestones faster
Needs - Tweaks infant needs for less diaper blowouts, slower energy release the older your infant gets and more
