Enchanted by Nature Mods - Less Ailments

Fixes several bugs and oversights with ailments (the ailments and naturopath career tweaks are in 2 separate packages):

- prolongs the ailment cooldown and applies it where EA forget to put is as a test

- Sims with the carefree reward trait and the sickness resistant trait will be immune to ailments

- Sims with maxed want fullfillment from my feartweaks mod will not get ailments

- less autonomy for clients in the naturopath career

- clients in the naturopath career won't be celebrities you cannot interact with
