This mod causes the buff/moodlet panel to stay open permanently

Do you know the feeling when you want to see your sim's moodlets but the panel just won't stay open? Not anymore! This mod makes the panel to stay open at all times!

Requires Base Game only, no other packs or mods are needed.

This mod is an EA override so it might conflict with any other UI mods that affect the moodlet panel, like UI recolor mods.
