Keep Buff/Moodlet Panel Always Open

Do you know the feeling when you want to see your sim's moodlets but the panel just won't stay open? Not anymore! This mod makes the panel to stay open at all times!

Requires Base Game only, no other packs or mods are needed.

This mod is an EA override so it might conflict with any other UI mods that affect the moodlet panel, like UI recolor mods.

NOTE:

In theory this mod is incompatible with UI Cheats, but you can use them together if the game loads my mod after UI Cheats (I use them both in my game). SimMattically has a good guide for load order for mods on his Patreon. Note that unfortunately you won't be able to pin wants if both of these mods are installed.
