Invite to Join Console Game

New interactions to invite other sims to join console video games.

When sims are playing a console game, clicking either the TV or the game console will have a new option: Invite to Play. This will bring up a picker of sims nearby. Once you select a sim they'll come join the game. This option will only be available for games that allow multiple players and do not already have four players.
