Remember back in The Sims 3 when you could impress celebrities to convince them that your little Sim was actually worth talking to? Lately I’ve been missing this feature a lot and decided to make a mod that adds a similar interaction to Sims 4.
This mod adds a “Try to Impress with” menu to the Friendly section.
You can impress celebrities with:
- Skill (all major skills in all packs, must be level 6 or higher)
- Career (any career, must be level 6 or higher)
- Wealth (net worth of §150,000 or higher)
- University Degree (requires Discover University)
If your Sim doesn’t meet the requirements, the interactions will be grayed out, so no bluffing here. Successfully impressing a celebrity makes befriending much faster, so you don’t have to ask for a hundred autographs anymore.
You can’t impress the same Sim with the same thing more than once. Celebrities get bored easily, you know.
