Short Description:
This mod makes it possible to forbid sims from autonomously interacting with one object. They will only not interact with one specific object you’ve chosen. For example, you can stop them from autonomously practicing debate in front of the bathroom’s mirror while letting them to continue doing so in front of the bedroom’s mirror.
At this moment, you’ll only be able to forbid some interactions using the following objects:
- Fridge;
- Mirror;
- Computer;
- Sink;
- TV;
- Grill;
- Stereo
- Lunch Box
- Bed
- Sofa
- Campfire
- Pizza Oven
- Waffle Maker
Detailed Description:
With this mod, you can prohibit sims from autonomously using one particular object. So, they will not do an interaction you choose using the specific object you choose in the lot you choose. To be clear, this mod will not stop sims from doing an interaction with all objects like other mods that forbid some autonomous behavior do. For example, with this mod, if you click on a sink and forbid sims from getting a glass of water, they ONLY will not autonomously do that interaction in the sink you’ve clicked. They will continue to get water in all other sinks, even those identical to the one you've set the forbidden interaction.
So, I use this mod on situations where I want my sims to stop doing some activities that don’t fit with the room or location they’re inside.
Below are some examples of how I use this mod:
- Forbid my sims from watching TV or movies on the TVs I have inside an arcade place.
- Make sims only watch movies on the TV located at the Film Festival area of one of my parks;
- Stop them from trying to cook using the fridge I’ve put inside some community lots as decoration;
- Prohibit them from playing games on library computers;
- Allow them only to play games on the computers inside my arcade place;
- Prevent my sims from using mirrors inside a public bathroom to practice debate.
As you can see in the picture below, the sims from my debate club LOVE to autonomously use the bathroom’s mirrors to practice debate, not just the mirror inside the room I made for them to debate.
With this mod, I can finally to make them only use the mirror they are supposed to use.
To do that I needed to click on each mirror I want to forbid the “Practice Debate” interaction, go to the “Configure Autonomy”, and click on the button with that interaction’s name.
You can also do the above procedure if you need to check whether an interaction is prohibited or not. As shown below, forbidden interactions will appear with a forbidden icon. You can click on any forbidden interaction to make it allowed again.
Even if an interaction is marked as not allowed, you can command your sim to do it without any problem. This mod will just stop them from doing that activity autonomously.

Overrides, Compatibilities, and Dependencies:
This mod doesn’t override anything. So, it’s (probably) compatible with any other mod.
You don’t need any Kits, Expansion, Game, or Stuff Packs to use this mod.
IMPORTANT: This mod requires Scumbumbo’s XML Injector Script Mod to work. If you don’t have it, you can download it from his Memorial webpage (see the link below). You only need the script mod (the “.package” file isn’t necessary).

How to install:
Just put the ".package" file in the mods folder (generally at this address ...\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods).
If you want the control autonomy buttons to be hidden under shift click + "testingcheats true", you should download only the file at the Additional Files Tab.
