Added

• A "back to default" preset in CAS (under the Forehead category, next to the height presets). It restores the Sim's original height, so you can compare the game's height with the mod's without leaving CAS.
• Icons for every preset. The teen, female and male presets share one preview and the "back to default" preset has its own, so they are no longer blank tiles.

Fixed

• Choosing another preset no longer leaves the Sim stuck at the mod's height with no way back inside CAS.

Notes

• Updating from 0.2.0: delete localthumbcache.package from Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/ before starting the game, or the new preset icons can stay hidden. It is a thumbnail cache, not a save.
• The "back to default" preset is a CAS choice; when the Sim changes age, the automatic height for the new age applies again.
