Replaces the minor autonomous check on toddler interaction with a non-autonomous give milk interaction. Makes thus check Sims check on toddlers less often.
Toddlers can be fed a sippy cup of milk without needing a highchair nearby now.
Also fixes an EA bug where toddlers would just sit their for ages when consuming a drink on ground and don't actually drink from the bottle.
You can use this mod in combination with my better toddler milk mod if you like, but you don't have to. That way, the sippy cup of milk would raise your toddler's hunger more.
