Fixes several bugs with formative moments:

-fixes a bug where the be active formative moment goal could not be fulfilled. Be aware that when canceling out an active interaction before it is finished, it will not count towards the goal.

-fixes a bug where the be a good student goal could not be fulfilled

-fixes a bug where the think of others goal would not be fulfilled when beeing good to a foal

-fixes a bug where the be a pet friend goal would not always count, especially when interacting with mini goats and sheep

-fixes a bug where several water/pool interactions would not count towards the learn to dive formative moment
