Your Sims will no longer be invited to every single festival that takes place. Instead, the invitations will make more sense, e.g. a Sim with an at least yellow hunger bar receiving an invitation for the food festival...
Complete overhaul for visits and phone calls. In general, Sims will not call you while your Sim is asleep or very tired. Mix and match the modules however you like according to your owned packs.
This is the Festivals Module.
