This small optional add-on is designed to complete the main Not so Pregnant yet mod by introducing a SimNation-style healthcare system. Inspired by the French model, it allows your Sims to receive partial or full reimbursement for fertility-related medical expenses.
Enrollement on the computer when the fertility journey started, with the interaction "Request Fertility Journey coverage (Simcurity)". Once enrolled in Simcurity, lower-income households may qualify for 100% coverage, while wealthier ones will receive 70% reimbursement.
Immersive notifications and a few Simoleons back — a way to reflect real-life realities, while keeping things playful.
Note: This add-on is completely optional. It doesn’t interfere with the main mod’s gameplay, but it can add a touch of financial realism to your Sims’ stories.

Ce petit add-on optionnel vient compléter le mod Not so Pregnant Yet principal en ajoutant un système de sécurité sociale façon SimNation. Inspiré du modèle français, il permet à vos Sims d’obtenir un remboursement partiel ou total de leurs frais médicaux liés à la procréation assistée.
Inscription disponible une fois le parcours entamé, sur l'ordinateur via l'interaction "Demander la prise en charge PMA (Simcurité Sociale)". Une fois inscrits à la Simcurité Sociale, les foyers les plus modestes peuvent bénéficier d’une prise en charge à 100%. Les foyers plus aisés auront quant à eux un remboursement à hauteur de 70%.
Des notifications immersives et quelques Simflouz en retour : une manière de refléter la réalité, tout en gardant l’esprit du jeu.
Remarque : Cet add-on est entièrement optionnel. Il n’interfère pas avec le gameplay du mod principal, mais peut apporter un peu de réalisme économique à vos histoires.
