The mod was created so that the game would allow for greater possibilities for the experience of aging within the game. In particular, it has many different ways to expand the experience of your elder Sims.
There are tons of new features/new interactions to allow your elder Sims to enjoy their golden years and the difficulties of being an elder. There are many new health-related issues as seniors like hearing problems, vision problems and the use of dental devices and how to remedy your seniors' twilight years through assistance.
