Dusty Loading Screen

I don't usually do CCs but I think it's good to have an eye-pleasing loading screen to refresh the game. These nine colors are neither too bright, too dark, nor too saturated so they're good for gameplay.

This palette also applies to my Dusty CAS background so that you can match the color.
