COMPLETE Plants Go Dormant in Winter Only

Similar to the Sims 2 style, plants will only go dormant in winter with this mod, so your sims can harvest from spring to autumn.

There's also a package for the herbs in Granite Falls, which will not go dormant at all. That is because when having Season that basically breaks most of the functionality of the Outdoor Retreat herbalism system, because there would hardly ever be any harvestable plants there when you're on vacation without this mod.
