Club Socials Conversation Tweak

Makes the club social interactions less prominent. They will no longer pop up all the time on the first page of the social menu.

I mean it's not like we couldn't find quit club interation on the extra club sub menu or just use the club panel to quit a club - so need to constantly remind us that we could quit that club.

Conversationtweak is a modular mod, but you can totally use this module on its own.
