Fixes a bug where Sims will sometimes not be able to clean up scorch marks from fires.
Sometimes Sims will be unable to correctly clean up scorch marks left after a fire. This mod enhances the respective tuning file.
This mod also works for cleaning up scorchmarks und the ground left ater a storm.
