Chatty Call - Call and Visit Tweak

Complete overhaul for visits and phone calls. In general, Sims will not call you while your Sim is asleep or very tired. Mix and match the modules however you like according to your owned packs.

This is the Chatty Call Module.

It tunes down the frequency of the chatty call that came with Growing Together, because that one was way to frequent.

As always, you can disable the chatty calls altogether for chosen Sims by assigning the brown phone color for them.
