Bye Bye Eye Ring (Better CAS Randomization)

• A small tuning mod to lower the chance of using makeup and accessories in CAS randomizing Sims.
• • I also allow the maximum range of muscles and fatness in CAS mode to be 1 instead of 0.75.
  • You now won't need to manually remove all hideous accessories from a newly randomized Sim.
