Workaround for the bug where Captain Whitaker is no longer a ghost since Life & Death Patch

[OPEN] [CD] Captain Whitaker is no longer a ghost

If you didn't know, Captain Whitaker is a pre-made ghost dog in Brindleton Bay. He died as an adult, while pets can only die of old age in the game. Since L&D patch, his death has been negated and he can't become a ghost unless you make him die of old age.

I (re)made this mod so it'll automatically turn dogs that meet the following conditions into ghosts as soon as they're instanced (spawn or load into a new lot):

Must be an adult
Must be male
Name must be exactly Captain Whitaker (first name + last name), or whatever he's called in other localizations (see below)

Usually only the premade Captain Whitaker will meet all these conditions, as randomly generated dogs don't have a last name. If there's no Captain Whitaker, you can grab one from the gallery, or assign the trait "Captain Whitaker" to any adult dogs in the game so they'll become ghosts (they don't have to be male or named "Captain Whitaker").

Click on the dog -> Actions -> Add/Remove Trait Captain Whitaker

You can also remove the trait the same way so he'll become normal. However, the mod will no longer automatically turn him into a ghost, even if he meets all the conditions. (but you can add the trait back anytime you want).
