Adds an immediate interaction "Calm Down!!" on werewolves that instantly sets their fury to minimum and terminates their rampage, so no worries about NPC wolves going bananas at your favorite nightclub.
It is only available when their fury is relatively high (like when they're starting to glow) and when they're rampaging. Can be used on self too.
