Buy Outfit Services

This mod adds paid outfit services to mirrors, dressers, closets, vanity tables, styleboards, and tents.

Outfit planning in The Sims 4 is convenient, but it has always been a little funny that Sims can walk up to a mirror and magically redo their whole closet for free. So I made it cost something.

This mod adds paid outfit services to mirrors, dressers, closets, vanity tables, styleboards, and tents. Your Sims can still open CAS like normal, but now it feels more like they are actually buying clothes, or refreshing their wardrobe instead of pulling a brand-new look out of the void.

The prices also scale with household funds, so a Sim with little simoleons can still afford a small outfit change, while households with more simoleons pay more as well.

What Is This Mod?

Buy Outfit Services adds a new pie menu with four paid outfit options:

Buy One Outfit

A smaller outfit change for Sims who just need one new look.

Buy Extra Outfit

A slightly bigger outfit purchase for Sims adding more to their closet.

Buy Outfit Category

For when your Sim needs a fuller refresh in one outfit category.

Buy Full Wardrobe

The expensive option for Sims who are basically redoing everything.

This does not replace EA’s Plan Outfits interaction. These are separate interactions, so you can still use the original Plan Outfits option if you want.

Pricing

The prices change depending on how much money your household has. For households with less than §10,000, the prices start small: Buy One Outfit is §75, Buy Extra Outfit is §150, Buy Outfit Category is §500, and Buy Full Wardrobe is §2,500.

Once your household has §10,000 or more, the prices begin to scale up. The same services can cost §150, §300, §1,000, or §5,000.

For wealthier households, the prices continue increasing through higher brackets, going up to §750 for Buy One Outfit, §1,500 for Buy Extra Outfit, §5,000 for Buy Outfit Category, and §25,000 for Buy Full Wardrobe.
