Because honestly, the default stairs are just too slow… 🚶♂️💨
I don't know about you, but it drives me crazy whenever my Sims are in a hurry—like they’re about to pass out or late for work—and they still take that leisurely, slow-motion stroll up the stairs. It only takes a few seconds in reality, but it really breaks the flow of the game for me.
So, I made this little tweak for myself: BriskSteps.
It’s nothing fancy, just a simple tuning mod to make the stair-climbing animation a bit snappier. It’s not a "teleport" or a "super-speed" cheat; it just brings the speed up to a pace that actually feels "normal."
✨ A few notes from the creator:
- Smooth Animations: I made sure the steps still line up with the movement so it doesn't look jittery.
- For Everyone: Works for all ages and all standard stairs
📦 Installation:
Just drop the .package file into your Mods folder.
Make sure Custom Content is enabled in your game settings.

說實話，原版的樓梯真的走得太慢了… 🚶♂️💨
不知道大家是不是也跟我一樣，每次看到小人遇到急事（比如快要昏倒或是上班快遲到），卻還在樓梯上慢條斯理、像在散步一樣慢慢晃，心裡就很火大。雖然這只是現實中的幾秒鐘，但累積起來真的很破壞節奏。
所以我幫自己做了這個小微調：BriskSteps。
這個模組沒什麼驚天動地的大功能，純粹就是把上下樓梯的動畫速度稍微拉快了一點點。它不是那種「閃現」或是「超速」的作弊模組，而是調到一個「終於變正常了」的速度。
✨ 一些開發時的想法：
- 動畫很流暢： 我有注意動畫細節，確保腳步跟位移依然是對齊的，看起來不會有奇怪的抖動感。
- 全家大小適用： 所有年齡層的小人都有效，且適用於遊戲中所有的標準樓梯。
📦 安裝提醒：
直接將 .package 檔案丟進你的 Mods 資料夾即可。
請確保在遊戲設定中已開啟「自訂內容」。
注意：如果有其他也改到樓梯速度的模組，可能會有衝突，這點要稍微留心喔！
