Brave Trait Fix: Less scared, Less confident and more!

Fixes the bug where brave trait makes confident moodlets stronger than they should be while doesn't reduce the effect of scared buffs.

The Description of the brave reward trait:
Sims with this Trait aren’t as easily frightened. Brave Sims regain their composure faster then most Sims, and don’t mind being near supernatural beings such as Ghost or Skeletons. Brave sims also stay confident longer than most sims!
You probably have noticed that your sims are constantly confident once they have this trait. This is because it also makes confident moodlets 1.5x effective (a visible +2 confident will work like a +3). There's a thread about this issue on EA's Answer HQ
While making confident moodlets stronger, it doesn't make scared moodlets any weaker as in the descrption.
This mod fixes these problems. Now confident moodlets are as effective as they appear, and scared moodlets are only half as effective (e.g. a visible +4 will have the effect of a +2). If you feel this is too OP please let me know!
There's also a second flavor that makes scared moodlets decay 2.5x faster instead of the default 1.5x. Only use one flavor.
