Fixes a bug where Sims would constantly use their bike, even inside, as soon as they have it in their inventory.
This bug has been in the game since the initial release of bikes and never been fixed by EA, even when they added bikes with new packs and even made them Base Game. That's why I choose to revive this old abandoned mod of mine.
