NEW SOCIAL EVENT

Adds Beach Party social event to the game

This event has activities instead of being goals. So you can pick what to do and I will keep adding to it!

Lasts around 4-5 hours.

KNOWN ISSUES:

- When starting the event, a blank notification will appear.

- Every now and then, the scroll bar from the UI will glitch when jumping between sims. It does sort itself out eventually.
