Bad Reputation Call and Visit Tweak

Complete overhaul for visits and phone calls. In general, Sims will not call you while your Sim is asleep or very tired. Mix and match the modules however you like according to your owned packs.

This is the Bad Reputation Module.

- If affects all bad reputation phonecalls that were added with Get Famous

- Sims with a brown phone color will not receive calls affected by this module (and other modules of this mod you install)
