OVERVIEW
Baciaangi NPC Career Manager expands the original v1.0 bulk career assigner into a full career-management tool for townies and NPCs.

MAIN FEATURES
- Bulk assign careers to 50% or 100% of eligible unemployed adult townies.
- Balanced assignment to reduce overpopulation in one career.
- Manage One Sim through an in-game picker.
- Assign a specific compatible career.
- Remove a career with confirmation.
- Promote or demote supported careers.
- Assign supported NPC and service roles.
- Export a read-only Career Report.

NPC ROLE ASSIGNMENT
Keep role Sims unplayed where possible. EA may replace or remove NPC roles when a role holder becomes unavailable, joins an active household, or is otherwise changed by gameplay or another mod.

CAREER REPORT
The report includes young adults, adults, and elders.
The report separates:
- EA Careers
- Supported NPC Roles
- Custom Careers
- Hidden / System Roles
- Unemployed Sims

The report is exported to:
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Baciaangi NPC Career Manager\Reports

INSTALLATION
1. Remove every older NPC Career Manager file or folder from your Mods folder.
2. Delete localthumbcache.package from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.
3. Extract the ZIP and paste the extracted folder in your Mods folder.
4. Enable Custom Content and Script Mods in Game Options.
5. Restart the game.

REQUIREMENTS
- The Sims 4 with Script Mods enabled.
- Individual careers and NPC roles appear only when their required game pack is installed.

COMPATIBILITY AND SAFETY
- The mod does not replace existing careers during NPC-role assignment.
- The Career Report is read-only and does not change Sims or careers.
- Career-changing actions should be tested on a backed-up save.
- Mods that directly replace career, trait, or NPC-role tuning may affect results.

TROUBLESHOOTING
- Make sure only one copy of the mod is installed.
- Do not place the ts4script more than one folder deep inside Mods.
- If a pack-specific role is missing from the picker, confirm that the required pack is installed.

Installation

1. Download the zip file.
2. Extract and place the folder in your Mods folder not more than one folder deep.
3. Ensure Script Mods and Custom Content are enabled.
4. Launch the game.

Known Issues

Some heavily modded or older saves may contain invalid career data that can produce LastExceptions unrelated to this mod. Backing up your save is recommended.
