Always Use Ghostly Traverse Toggle

This mini-mod adds a "Always use" toggle for the "Ghostly Traverse" ability, so that Ghosts with the skill can choose to always traverse anywhere by default, instead of walking. Can be turned on and off by clicking on your Ghost Sim.
What's new
23/06/2025 - Removed the Stamina cost for using this ability, otherwise it was kind of an unintentionally burdensome stamina drain when your ghost is using ghostly traverse all the time to get everywhere.
