Always Use Ghostly Traverse Toggle

This mini-mod adds a "Always use" toggle for the "Ghostly Traverse" ability, so that Ghosts with the skill can choose to always traverse anywhere by default, instead of walking. Can be turned on and off by clicking on your Ghost Sim.
