Hello, hello!
This month's set is finally here! I am so excited to share with you the first part of the Nancy Collection, starting off with the entrance 🥰
If you have been following the wips, you know that this collection is inspired by the Nancy Meyers aesthetic, centered around soft finishes, brass accents, classical and timeless elements and a touch of coastal charm.
This month I really wanted to go all out and attempt to do everything that scared me. The first challenge were the stairs which were a pain to model and especially to unwrap, but they are here! They come in marble&wood swatches and also in full wood so you can use them everywhere.
Up next, I though i was gonna do a little light feature and ended up loving the process so much that I did not 1, not 2, but 3 lights! As you can see in the pics, there is a table lamp, a sconce and a picture light to go above a painting. I also had loads of fun creating their swatches, there are well over 19 of them!
The main swatches for this collection are coastal pastel colors, but there are also some very fun patterns: i added big and small stripes and also a Kale Gingham pattern which i think would look beautiful in a small cottage 🥰
This time around, there are so many items that I unfortunately cannot talk about each one, but I will say that this is my best work yet! I will also say that I included a functional thermostat! I was tired of the in-game ones looking too modern, so i decided to give it a twist. And a little fun fact, when activated you will see the number of degrees it is set on, either hot or cold!
I could go on and talk for days about this collection so I better stop here and let you discover it and enjoy it in your game! I hope you guys truly like it as much as I do and that you use it in every build! Have fun!🥰♥️

You can find the items easily in your Build/Buy Catalog by typing in "LUKHEYA" or "NANCY". Walls, floors and stairs will only show up in their respective categories.
