Hello, hello! My very first CC collection is finally here. After months of trial and error, a few tears and plenty of laughs, I’m so excited to finally share what I’ve been working on.
I had so many ideas for my first set, but in the end I settled on a bathroom, though not just any bathroom. This is pure luxury for your sims. I really hope you enjoy how clean, refined and polished everything looks, and most of all, that you have fun playing with it.
The main inspiration came from a photo I saw on Instagram of a stunning bathroom located in Dubai. After some brainstorming, the name DUBATH was born (Dubai… bathroom… you get it 🤠). The overall vibe is elegant and high-end, with a focus on rich marbles, soft woods and sleek, luxurious details.
As a builder myself, functionality was really important to me. I made sure to include as many slots as possible (over ten on each sink and three on each mirror depth) to give you plenty of freedom when decorating.
Since this is my very first set, some items may not be as high quality as I’d like just yet, but I promise they’ll only get better from here. Thank you so much for the support and I truly hope you love this collection as much as I loved creating it.

The wall shower requires Discover University, everything else should be base-game compatible.

You can find the items easily in your Build/Buy Catalog by typing in "LUKHEYA" or "DUBATH". Walls and floors will only show up in their respective categories.
