Deco Plant Shadow Fixes

Fixes many DLC decorative plant item shadows to remove blocky shadow outlines around leaves or small details.
ABOUT
There are many decorative plants in later DLC packs, that have shading issues, because Maxis forgot that they are supposed to not include shadow models for such items, as the game uses the main detailed Model LOD to calculate shading.
I went through every single decorative plant (over 150+) to remove their shadow models, so the game renders accurate shadows and ambient occlusions. If you don't have many packs, this should work anyway.
Does not mark anything as CC either!
