This screenshot was my first attempt at creating the chapter 02. It was very different from the current terrain design.
Just like the Shield Prism, this unit hasn't changed much from the beginning. :)

Unlike the Rose Beams that we can see in the demo today, the Colossus once had "Icy Beams" that slowed down enemy units.

For absolutely no reason, the unit's name became Sentry instead of High Templar.
The Zerg A.I. will now expand over time.

In the demo, you need cooperation!
It could attack multiple units at the same time, and it can do the same now.

The Zerg A.I. will now use Defilers to protect friendly units.
The model was discarded due to minor attachment errors.
Early Terran and Zerg had a similar kind of construction ability.
From the start, it looked like that. A ball on blue fire.

First Swarm Host effect remained the same.
I had hard time making it roar every time it attacked... (There was a default, but got deleted to an unknown error at the beginning ;( )
One of the units without any... Almost no effects. ;(
It had too many bright effects.

New characters! More story! :D
In the demo, I added fire to the Purifier when it got damaged heavily.
It wasn't that bad, but got slightly changed.
The Ultralisk caused tons of problems at the beginning.

This model was discarded IMMEDIATELY after the VERY FIRST TEST of the MODEL. :D
It works only when the game is tested offline.... ;(

Kass'r's weapons did change over time, but the overall ability of the weapon did not.

Before the introduction, the game will tell the players about what happened in the ending of the previous chapter shortly.
In the Purifier mission, the A.I. will now use Defilers.

Testing demo missions...

This is the unsolvable error that I've been stuck with. Whenever I start the game with the testing mode, it just shows me this "Black Screen" that keeps going... Nothing happens. Even the triggers where I used the EVENT - MOUSE CLICKED doesn't work a...

The cinematics are much longer, but they are skip'able when every player presses the ESC button.

First of all, every single cinematics and dialogs will be replaced.

Secondly, every single missions will be replaced.

Finally, many units will go through changes.
Not much special effects... Except a ball. :)

1. Add things from Chapter 01 that applies to Chapter 02 without use of banks 2. Completely change Chapter 02's game-play when it comes to missions 3. Optimize the terrain for reduced lags

At the beginning, the Colossus was the first Tier 2 unit of the Protoss.
It's not just the Protoss A.I. that evolves.
It looked like.... That at the beginning. :D

First time the Dark Templar got its effects, it got much 'COOLER.' :D
In the Purifier Mission, the A.I. will now use Lurkers to aid the players.
Beautiful. It was.
No more starting screens where texts notifying your "Earned" units has been earned got erased in 0.1 seconds!

You can now see them clearly before the introduction of the game.
I really liked this lightning. Too bad I couldn't apply it in the actual game due to gameplay problems... ;(
