Update note V.01b

- Change difficulty setting
=> Casual start with 150 minerals
=> Normal start with 100 minerals
=> Hard start with 50 minerals

- Slightly increase micro part difficulty

- Slightly increase boss skill damage

- Add tips for heroes abilities
