Batches stay the size you picked

• When you load a batch from the recipe panel, the station now restocks only up to that batch. Queue 1 bread and it gets 1 flour back next time, not a full stack from your chests.
• The panel also reopens on the amount you last loaded at that station (the "Starting quantity" setting now defaults to "last"; set it to "max" in Mod Menu for the old behavior).
• Anything you put into a station by hand keeps topping up as before. If you switch a station to something else by hand, the old batch size is forgotten.

Fixes

• START no longer leaves "Stopped" showing while the station runs; it now says "Started."
• Stopping a kiln or grill no longer mentions a fuel unit, since they don't use fuel.
