A Max Cape for maxing every skill: combine one of each of the twelve trimmed skillcapes at the Mystic Forge. It carries every skillcape's special effect and has its own design. Needs the RuneSchema items project.

- First release. A Max Cape made at the Mystic Forge, in its Capes of Achievement section: combine one of each of the twelve trimmed skillcapes.
- It carries the special effects of the eleven skillcapes that have one, at any level, and has Defense 2.
- Its own design on the game's long cape: rose-crimson with a crimson collar, a gold zigzag line, three gold-framed pendants with red gems and a panelled bottom. "Show the cape design" turns it off.
- A message when your last skill reaches 99 ("Tell me when the cape is ready"), and "Show my progress" in Mod Menu. Needs UE4SS and RuneSchema; Mod Menu is optional. Pairs well with Quest Cape.
