Fireworks when a skill levels up, a quest sting every 10th level, the golden beam again at 50, and at 99 a proper show: fireworks, a fanfare, your character cheering and a congratulations message.

Fixes
- Fixed the golden sparkle that could sweep across the screen. The game's panel art has an animated ember effect, and on the level up box it traced an outline that wasn't there. It's now turned off on the level up box only. The game's own menus keep theirs.
Also
- The background of the level up box is now 80% solid, so the world shows through a little. The text stays fully solid.
