Rebind the keys the Controls menu leaves out: the R quick access wheel (or turn it off), Target Lock, Repair, Open Chat and chest shortcuts.

Stability fix
- The mod's main loop now runs on the game thread. UE4SS runs a mod's background timer on a separate thread without any locking, so a mod's code could run on two threads at the same time. That could corrupt the mod and crash the game at random, most often on the newer UE4SS builds and with several mods installed. This removes that risk.
- Tested with the full set of our mods on UE4SS stable and on the Nexus "latest" build, under forced memory cleanups.
