Instance Map Fix

Fixes the display of instance maps in the World Map viewer, which incorrectly were shown as the default Candara world map
What's new
- Added support for WoWMap Instances addon
- Raksha Temple might not be available unless you download the WoWMap Instances addon.
- Using the RoM Slim Client may result in not having any instances maps at all, unless you download the WoWMap Instances addon. This is because the "rw" maps are missing from the Slim Client.
