1. OWNERSHIP

Lert's Wheelbarrows (the "Mod"), including its original source code,
compiled code, original graphics, textures, icons, and documentation,
is the intellectual property of Anatolii Lipinsky (LERT), except for
third-party materials identified separately. RimWorld and all related
intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

2. PERMITTED USE

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission
to download, install, and use the unmodified Mod free of charge with a
legitimate copy of RimWorld for personal gameplay, through distribution
channels authorized by the author.

This permission is for playing the Mod only. It does not grant any right
to reuse the Mod's code or assets in another project.

3. RESTRICTIONS

Without the author's prior written permission, you may not:

- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative versions of the Mod.
- Copy, extract, or reuse its source code, compiled code, original
  textures, icons, artwork, or other original assets in other projects.
- Redistribute, re-upload, mirror, republish, or sublicense the Mod or
  any substantial part of it, including modified or unmodified forks.
- Sell the Mod, charge for access, or otherwise commercially exploit
  the Mod or its original assets.
- Misrepresent the Mod's authorship or claim it as your own creation.

These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law
and do not supersede the rights and permissions imposed or granted under
the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam Workshop terms, RimWorld's EULA,
or any applicable third-party licenses.

4. RIMWORLD AND LUDEON STUDIOS NOTICE

Some materials referenced by the Mod may be trademarks or copyrighted
works owned by Ludeon Studios Inc. All such rights remain with Ludeon.
This content/mod is not official and is not endorsed by Ludeon.

The Mod is an independently created community modification. It must be
distributed free of charge in accordance with the RimWorld EULA.

5. NO WARRANTY

EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE MOD.
