Description
Simple Online Radio
Simple Online Radio is a lightweight mod that lets you listen to real internet radio stations directly inside Minecraft, solo or with friends on a server.
📻 Features
✅ Format Support (NEW) - Plays MP3, AAC, AAC+ and HLS streams, including MP3-in-HLS. A stream in a format the mod cannot decode shows a clear "Unsupported stream format." message.
✅ Portable Radio - A handheld version of the radio that opens the same interface anywhere, without placing a block. Takes priority over placed radios and only you hear it.
✅ Station Browser - Built-in search menu, discover and play thousands of stations without leaving the game.
✅ Playlist Support - .m3u and .pls links are resolved to their direct audio stream.
✅ Now Playing - The station name and the current artist/song are shown on the HUD and on the radio screen, for every station that broadcasts them. Stations that send nothing show a grey placeholder instead.
✅ Advanced Search - Filter by Country, Language, and Tag/Genre simultaneously with auto-complete.
✅ Live Streaming - Any valid direct stream URL works, including Icecast and Shoutcast sources.
✅ Immersive Audio - Spatially localized sound that fades with distance. Musical note particles float above the radio.
✅ Survival Friendly - Custom 3D block model with a simple crafting recipe using basic materials.
✅ Multiplayer Synced - All nearby players hear the same station in sync on servers.
✅ Favorites - Save up to 5 favorite stations per radio. Auto-captures URL & name.
✅ Settings Menu - Dedicated config panel (⚙️) for HUD visibility, Auto-Play, Welcome Message, and View Favorite.
✅ Update Notifications - In-game chat alerts inform you whenever a new version is available.

🎧 Block Radio vs Portable Radio
Both radios open the same interface and play the same stations. The difference is who hears them.
Block Radio - Placed in the world. Everyone within 32 blocks hears it, and the volume fades with distance. Use it when you want to share a station with the players around you.
Portable Radio - Stays in your inventory and is opened by right-clicking while held. Only you hear it, at full volume wherever you go, and it keeps its own 5 favorites saved on the item itself.
Priority - While a Portable Radio is playing, every placed radio you would normally hear is muted for you. Stop the portable and the placed radios come back at their normal distance-based volume. If you carry more than one Portable Radio, only the one you started last plays — starting another stops the previous one.
Leaving your inventory - A Portable Radio goes silent when it leaves your inventory (dropped, stored in a chest, or lost on death) and picks up again when it is back in your inventory.
⚙️ How to Use

- Click "⚙️" to access settings (HUD, Auto-Play, Welcome Message, View Favorite).
- Volume is controlled by the Jukebox/Note Blocks slider in
