Stay connected with your friends anywhere in Minecraft! Simple Online Chat is a lightweight cross-world messaging mod that lets you message your friends directly—regardless of what server or singleplayer world you are playing in.

✨ Key Features

🔒 Secure Login & Register: Password-protected account system to keep your profile safe.

🛡️ Mojang UUID Verification: Automatic player UUID checking via Mojang servers to ensure safety and prevent identity spoofing.

💬 Streamlined Messaging: Clean, simple chat interface designed for quick and uninterrupted communication during gameplay.

🔐 Encrypted Chat History (7 Days): Messages are securely encrypted and stored on the mod server for 7 days so you can review recent conversations. Privacy is guaranteed—nobody has access to your messages except you and the recipient.

👥 Friend Management System: Easily send, accept, or decline friend requests. Removing a friend automatically wipes all associated chat history. Pending friend requests are stored in the database for 7 days before expiring.

👤 GUI Skin Avatars: Custom player head skins rendered directly inside the GUI for a clean, visual friend list.

🟢 Online & Last Seen Status: Instantly see who is active or check when your friends were last online.

🔔 HUD Notification Badges: Visual badge alerts displayed outside the GUI so you never miss unread messages or pending friend requests.

⌨️ First Time Launch

Manual Initialization: The mod does not start automatically when you first join a world. Press Y on your keyboard to open the GUI and sync your profile data.

⚡ Performance & API Notice

Expect Minor Delays: You may experience slight delays when sending or receiving messages, as well as sending or receiving friend requests. The backend API is currently undergoing performance optimizations to speed up response times in upcoming builds.

Server Infrastructure: This mod uses a dedicated web server owned and operated by the developer to securely process all data.
