Expanded Outfit Categories

This has been cross-posted on the Steam Workshop. Uploaded here for those who prefer using CurseForge.

Currently adds party, swimwear, and both hot and cold weather outfits. Mainly for RP purposes, and I imagine the categories will become official when seasons/pools/events are added. For now these will do!

Each new category will automatically copy from your first casual outfit, so go into Paramaker to change them to your liking. If the thumbnail doesn't update upon entering the game again, it might require you to save and quit to the main menu and reload! Not much I can do about that as it happens with other things too.
