Large-server stability update

• Reduced Pal updates to a maximum of three writes per tick.

• Palbox Pals are now processed by default; base workers are excluded to reduce server load.

• Added an optional setting to include base workers again.

• Fixed valid EXP values above two billion being incorrectly treated as corrupted.

• Negative overflow values are still safely reset.

• Increased the unusually large EXP-delta safety limit to support legitimate high-level rewards.

• Added automatic maximum-level detection using the server’s EXP table.

• Pals at the maximum level no longer receive additional shared EXP.

• EXP is clamped at the exact maximum-level requirement when a Pal reaches the cap.

• Reduced repetitive level-sync logging while keeping level synchronization active.

• Added clearer versioned startup and job-summary logging.

Dedicated-server testing completed successfully with repeated EXP-sharing jobs and zero write failures. This release is intended as a potential fix for disconnects or server lockups affecting servers with very large Pal collections.
