Base Report tells you which base workers need attention: hungry, low on sanity or sick. It only reads and reports, it never changes your Pals.

Press F7 for a report any time. Every two minutes it also checks quietly and tells you only when the number of Pals with problems changes.

Install: requires the Palworld build of UE4SS (Palworld's official mod loader installs it as a dependency). Official mod loader: drop the zip contents into Palworld/Mods/BaseReport/ and enable mods. Manual UE4SS: copy the Scripts folder to Pal/Binaries/Win64/ue4ss/Mods/BaseReport/Scripts and add BaseReport : 1 to mods.txt.

Configure: open Scripts/main.lua and edit the table at the top: report key, check interval (0 turns the automatic check off), the hunger and sanity limits, and whether the report shows on screen.

Note: this mod was written against Palworld's property names without a game install to test on, so it is experimental. If a report says No base workers found on a base full of Pals, please tell me your game version in the comments. MIT licensed.
