- Battle Bat does less damage (3 -> 2)
- Battle Basher does less damage (5 -> 4)
- Instead of CPU_1 always being the "rival", the bot with the most points acts as rival

- Fixed [IN ORDER] and [ROULETTE] track selection not loading properly in save states
- Fixed some buttons in Editor Mode not working correctly
- Fixed the admin and debug menus not putting the player in Creative Mode
- Fixed some bugs related to Chicken Mines

- Fixed the podium sequence butting in at weird times and causing invalid states with specific combinations of gamemode and track selection settings
- The podium sequence is now skipped if nobody got any points

- Bots with special names now use those names everywhere
- Bots no longer try to heal while preparing for a ledge jump
