Omega arena gen 3 - There will be bloodshed

Added 3 brand new debuffs!
Theese may include:
On fire! debuff
Shadowflame debuff
Freezing debuff

Note that you can inflict debuffs to your enemies by using themed attacks.

Artic duo just got harder!
That may include; a new attack for the cryo warrior;
And new phase for Ice moon.
A new enraged stage for the snowman,
Snowman got perfectly balanced and now all his attacks inflict "Freezing" debuff.

Boss rush has an actual reward now:
A brand new attack spell !

Herobrine just got harder !
He got his ranged attack back; but now its more deadlier due to the shadowflame debuff.

Buffed blaze lord:
His eternal fire ball has now infinite detection range; and it will follow you arround at all times
Getting near his eternal fireball will inflict you with On fire! debuff.
Getting hit by his grab or his fireballs will  inflict On fire! debuff

Fixes:
Particles are better optimized to cause less lag
Everything wont break in multiplayer now
