You are in a bedrock cube. There are three portals to open. There is an end gateway to the overworld a nether portal and an end portal. Inside the bedrock cube there is a highly modified ocean monument. Inside the ocean monument there is a guardian grinder, several beds, a village, a storage area, a crafting room, and a portal room. In order to activate the end gateway to the overworld, there are command blocks on each corner of the bedrock cube. You will have to bring buttons or other redstone sources with and activate the command blocks with the redstone source at each corner. The end portal and nether portal are activated as usual (you also have to build the nether portal in the portal room.)
